Manchester Unity has been accepted under the Private Health Insurance Code of Conduct through our commitment to provide members with the best in customer service and communication.

This means that we are committed to the following:

• Working towards improving the standards of practice and service within both Manchester Unity and the private health insurance industry as a whole;
• Provide information to you in plain language;
• Promoting better informed decisions about our private health insurance products and services;
• Ensuring information exchanged between you and Manchester Unity is protected in accordance with privacy principles;
• Providing information to you on your rights and obligations under your relationship with your health fund, including information on this PHI Code of Conduct;
• Providing you with easy access to our feedback and complaints resolution process.
